. It's her furry, Roquelle. I was under the impression she were a lynx.
The fur color is a pale lavender, although it came out ever so slightly too pale for my liking. I wanted it more obvious that the fur color was purple, but, only PheonixPhall knows for sure if I got it right.
I thought it'd be cute if the tail fluff matched her head har over her fur color, so I did take an artistic liberty with that. I hope that wasn't a bad decision on my part.
With the outfit, I was hesitant to make the shirt white, but I thought the contrast would make it more obvious that it wasn't a dress.
She said pink (eye color) was happy, so I hope pink also works for the "pleasantly surprised" as well.

As for the eye-thing, I wasn't sure if it was make-up or a marking, but in your ref you went out of your way to emphasize it, so regardless of whether or not it were, it seemed really important to you.
Is Rocky a representation of yourself, or is she just a character you made up?
