Her necklace is made from special ore harvested deep below the lunar surface's crust. It reacts to a lot of things which allows for it's glow.

She wears one as a form of a flashlight for dark places.

One of the things it reacts to is love, causing it to shine brightly.

It doesn't enhance any powers of the moogles or anything, it's more of a natural glow stick.

She really likes shiny stones. She just forgot it's also a mood ring of sorts, heh. Bunningway already knows what that means.
